Mike has been investing in and managing real estate for over 40 years. He is the owner of Aapex Property Management where he has been helping investors manage their investments since 1989. Mike has a keen eye for creativity in structuring successful real estate deals. 

As a professional property manager, Mike has developed innovative strategies for successful property management which have helped investors experience worry free management of their properties. He is a frequent speaker at the National Association of Residential Property Managers, the largest organization in the country for managers of single family homes. In addition, Mike has a long history of personal investments in real estate both in single and multi-family properties across multiple states. Mike’s passion is sharing his knowledge and experience to enable investors to build their real estate investment portfolio. 

Mike enjoys spending his free time with his wife of 42 years on their urban farm. He can often be found playing with his 13 grandchildren on the 4800 sf playground he built in his backyard.
