Jim is a Real Estate Broker with 20+ years as a Property Manager in the Kansas City market. Jim is currently the Broker/Owner of One Stop Property Management, LLC which has been managing single family homes and small multi-family property for investors since 2011. Jim has a deep understanding of the local rental market. He knows how to price rentals, find excellent tenants, and manage complex landlord-tenant situations. Under his leadership, the team at One Stop has a proven record of successful and profitable management for investors. With this background, Jim will function as our lead Broker and share his expertise with REIS clients.  

Jim has owned real estate since before he was 18 years old and is active real estate investor in the Kansas City market. Jim has a wide range of experience as an investor including fix and flips, single and multi-family properties, and commercial properties. Jim is also the President of KC Metro Maintenance, LLC through which he serves clients’ maintenance and renovation needs.  

Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He is an active member of his church, an outdoorsman, and emergency preparedness nut.
