Corey is a licensed real estate sales agent and REALTOR and is our lead agent for Company purchases and sales. Corey represents clients as well.
In addition, Corey is a Certified Public Accountant who spent 20+ years in public accounting with Deloitte Tax. Corey understands the complexities of business taxation with application to real estate investing such as 1031 Exchanges, depreciation, legal entity taxation, etc. With his years of accounting experience, Corey is adept at financial analysis of real estate investments. He is also a project management expert.
Corey is an active real estate investor. He has been a Real Estate Broker having owned a property management firm focused on multi-family properties. Corey has been investing in real estate for 20+ years with single and multi-family investments in California, Missouri, Oklahoma and Washington. He has been an out-of-state investment owner and has years of client service experience which enables him to understand and exceed the expectations of our clients.
Corey enjoys camping with his family, cooking, and playing piano. Corey is an avid sports fan often the loudest in the crowd cheering his children at basketball, wrestling, and baseball games.
